Yaser Mall has a lot of potential if they improve on their service. As a shopper on a budget, I always pay more than I want too. They are always over weight on the amount that I am requesting, I asked for 1/4 kilo they will give me 1/2 kilo. if you buy a lot of fruits and vegetables the cost can add up. And the delivery charge wasn't included in the online receipt, i wish they include it so that we wouldn't be a 3jd surprised. If we weren't boycotting Carrefour i will not shop online here.

Ease of app: extremely good with options to save on time for reordering. Goods: alot are out of stock, yet they are still indicated that are in store. Insuring goods are available by calling and confirming with customer is really good. DELIVERY: Very Bad in delivery timing!!! App has a date and time. Time, you can never depend on. I put yesterday my order to be delivered at noon and the order was checked out at 12 pm from mall, the delivery tried to call at 4 pm 🙃 4 hours later on a Friday

Thought about trying this store for the first time so I downloaded the app. The app has a lot of bugs and keeps crashing. Tried calling and nobody answered. Read the reviews about the lack of customer service, items shown as available on the app while they're out of stock and delivery drivers charging extra. Decided to forego trying this store.
