About this app

Quote Guard is an app for freelancers and sole proprietors to verify the profitability of their quotes before accepting work.

By entering estimated work hours, target hourly rate, fixed costs, material and subcontracting costs, platform fees, assumed tax rates, target profit margin, and additional work buffer, it displays a recommended quote, break-even point, estimated net profit, effective hourly rate, profit margin, and a Good/Tight/Risky rating.

It also provides a practical checklist for reviewing work details, compensation, payment due date, deadline, acceptance conditions, number of revisions, payment method, and handling of cancellations and specification changes.

Quote Guard is local-first. In the current MVP, saved quote scenarios are stored on the device.

This checklist is a practical review memo and is not a legal or tax consultation or a judgment of legality.

想定作業時間、目標時給、固定費、材料費や外注費、手数料率、税率、目標利益率、追加作業バッファを入力すると、推奨見積額、想定純利益、実質時給、損益分岐額、利益率、判定を確認できます。

見積もりシナリオは端末内に最大3件まで保存できます。
現在のバージョンでは、広告、分析、アカウント、実際の購入機能はありません。
