1. Puja is being done sincerely ,videos are being shared for every Puja ! 2. The only disappointing feature is Autopay with no cancellation option ,I have invested more than 3k for a puja without my knowledge! I wanted the puja to continue for 3 weeks to 5 weeks Max ,it's 19 weeks already ! 3. The app needs to make sure there is a cancellation option! 4. The support team is not reachable easily ,had to try few times ! I hope these two things get upgraded soon!

This App is taking people's money without having any option of cancellation. Though it shows a grievance officers name and number .. there's a very sly way of taking a weekly/ monthly subscription which has no way of cancellation. they say it will take 39/- to 121/- but it will auto debit 251/- every single week. This is a serious problem n offence

Had an issue with an order. Their shipping partner returned it to the source due to their inability, without arranging an alternative. After a couple of follow ups, it took more than a month to get the delivery. Nevertheless, I thank the team for that. Receiving prasada after whatever difficulties, means a lot 🙏. However, I'd request to include more options in puja places, also recommend to improve customer support however minimum is possible. Likely rating back to 3 stars and requests.
