if negative star was there i would have given that. i tried to add watsapp number there is no otp came to my number. now i had to proceed further without adding watsapp number. even recording i cant see. the app is not at all good. bad experience. i cant able to add the discount coupon when i told the customer care to add in my wallet so if next time I will use then that offer amount i will use. but she said no. i never recommend anyone to use this. may be we can check other app

Very poor experience with the Utsav App. I tried to book a pooja but the payment failed and no pooja was booked. Despite the failed payment, an auto mandate got activated. When I contacted customer support through WhatsApp and email since 3rd March, no proper solution was provided. The merchant says to contact Google Pay to cancel it, while Google Pay says the merchant must cancel it. No one is taking responsibility and the auto mandate is still active. Very disappointing service

It's Excellent service . They sent a video of the puja being performed, and I could clearly hear my name being chanted . "Great customer service. They helped me track my booking and ensured everything went smoothly . As someone living far from these temples, this app is a blessing. It makes offering prayers so easy from home . My experience was awesome. The puja was offered specifically in my name and gotra, which made it feel very personal . Thanks & Regards
