Ratings and reviews

Never buy from them. They have a great app and all, but do not know how to run a business at all. I ordered one item and they have been taking longer than a month to deliver it. Support is useless as they repeat the exact same thing over and over that it will get delivered in a few days. Those few days don't come at all. Absolutely worst company.

Worst experience. At first while placing the order they do not highlight anywhere if the product is in stock or not. After placing the order I kept waiting, there was no update on the order status. It just showed: Order placed. After almost 20 days when I called the customer care they informed me that the products are out of stock and will be cancelled. It took me 20 days to actually an update that too I had to reach out to customer care on my own. No updates were given over email or the app.

worst experience. ordered an item and no updates regarding the same and when I called the customer care, which is even worst, stated that the said product is out of stock and will be canceled. This after a wait of almost 15 days. another product a folding chair, one leg was missing it's rubber protector, which I have notgot yet. never again
