Total panic attack when the app updated and all my info was seemingly gone. Took me a while to realise if I created an account it would all come back. Really needed to have this written somewhere for the existing users!
I just updated my app to the latest version and now everytime I try to log in I get an error message. Not to mention I've lost all of my previously scheduled appointments with clients. Total inconvenience. I dont want to have to create a whole new account.
Life saver! Really love being able to automate reminder texts to clients. I'd do this manually before but I could never be consistent with it. Just what I needed.
App updated and lost my ENTIRE schedule with all my appointments. Have no clue when I have clients coming in. Says it doesn't recognize my email. What a mess.
Can you guys add an interval time that you can add in an appointment in case I want to do another service between a color or foil ? An option to change status to no show would be nice too. Thanks
