I have been using Booksy for my online booking for almost 2 years. I am loving everything about it...and my clients are happy. (Most importantly ) There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but fixed ASAP and the support staff are on the ball and quick to come to my aid when necessary. This is my first time using any appointment system like this and I have been very happy with how efficient it is! Thank you!
So far so good. Wish there were more features for tattoo related items, esp. for deposits and hourly rates. Would also like to be able to fine tune tax rates a little better
I want to take my account down. I'm not sure how? I've looked through the settings & I'm missing where I can shut my page down. The app is trying to send text messages of my link to my contacts. I want it to stop. I think the concept is great & maybe I'll use it when I feel like I can be in more control of the features. I just really don't like that it's attempting to send my link randomly.
would make life easier if it in 1 week/2week/3 week bookings as going through counting weeks for my clients next booking. other than that wouldn't be with out
I'm a new user and I love it ... more of my clients started used it and is been alot of help since I can't always answer the calls or text messages
The support/admin was all up in my business. How am I supposed to trust them while they always checking what I do & how I do it
