It keeps telling me "unable to connect to internet. Please check network" my internet is working. I'm not sure why the app isn't working.

Very easy to use. And it's a comfort to have the balance anytime I need it, not just when their open. I recommend this app to anyone especially using prepaid electric.

Doesn't work at all I cant even use the homepage. It'll download the app but it won't physiatrist do anything but tell you it doesn't have connection. And I have 5g and wifi.
