All of a sudden it just stopped working and I can't get on it anymore and I used it to keep up with how much was on my lights and put money on my lights, I believe y'all have a glitch needs to be fixed

It keeps telling me "unable to connect to internet. Please check network" my internet is working. I'm not sure why the app isn't working.

Very easy to use. And it's a comfort to have the balance anytime I need it, not just when their open. I recommend this app to anyone especially using prepaid electric.
