App not working anymore! We need this app to access the carer card which we have paid for. Now when opening the app it just says: Not found, error 404. Even after reinstalling the app. Not acceptable as we have paid for the service and now can't use the carer discount at a lot of events we go to.

Meh!! Every time I press the back button it closes the app, then have to restart it again and again. Please fix this annoying issue.

Simply doesn't work. Update 10th December 2022. Its taken you 2 1/2 years to reply to this review posted June 2020. App works fine now but still giving 1 star as your customer service isn't, how can I put it politely, timely!
