It takes too long to receive payments from people outside of transcash. Takes too long for them to fix an issue. I've been waiting for a payment from two weeks ago and it's under their 100€ rule. Just horrible. You can't sign your card up to more than 12 subscriptions. Don't have direct control on which subscription to cancel either. You can't transfer money to someone outside of transcash. You are charged for every transaction, which if you use your card a lot, is more than a monthly fee.

Bonjour Olivia, le virement prend quelques jours car notre service vérifie plusieurs informations. Sachez que vos paiements ne sont pas facturés et que vous bénéficiez d'autres services sans frais comme le code PIN personnalisé ou le paiement mobile. Nous pouvez écrire à : service-financier@trans-cash.fr en communiquant votre numéro de pack.

Please don't waste your money and time. I bought a card, I added some cash and I don't know why I can't use the card neither online or physically. They don't fix the issue even if you email and you can't find their contact number is getting stuck when they ask your pack number. Even you tell the auto response the number it keeps saying repeate. What a headache and wast of money.

Bonjour Alex, avez-vous vérifié la formule dans laquelle vous êtes ? En ACCESS, vous êtes limité à une utilisation en France jusqu'à 50€ par transaction et 150€/mois, dans la thématique choisie. Pour profiter d'une utilisation internationale avec des plafonds plus élevés une simple pièce d'identité suffit : c'est rapide et gratuit !

Can you text me in English only, because my voice opiones, are all in French, and, I even delete the already full voice message mail, that is already in the voice mail box, or check the message that are already in the voice mail, hav'nt even set up the voice mail greating optiones, becauce of the, English only language of myself, and the Chatre mobile phone that, I am using, Custumer Service is in Frence only.
