I can't login because it won't let me update my password. The message stated that my phone number is in use. I tried a reset and never received an email. This app worked well until the change. I haven't been able to get in since last year. The store personnel can't help because they don't know how to work the app. They tried pulling me up with my phone number, but nothing came up. I'm losing points because I can't this cleared up. Fix it!!!!

I don't know what is going on with the stupid app but I can't get in to the rewards part. it just keeps saying something about the new app and gives me a long message that doesn't even say anything really. it's just numbers, letters and symbols. ive even tried creating another account but still can't get in. I've emailed customer service twice and no response. it's annoying

You cant apply your rewards in the app. Can never apply my rewards in the app so I just quit going here. No matter what I try to order. At first I thought you couldn't use Rewards on bundle deals so I just tried order regular menu price items and it still will not apply my rewards. I went to my computer logged in and the website applied my rewards to same order that the app wouldn't. I switched to Tropical Smoothie, they are actually closer and their rewards program works in their app
