App has been inaccessible for months. Reported the issue and the lie that they are working on it has been far from the truth. I need to make payments and access my balance. Very onconvenient!

BEWARE OF FRAUD. This app asks for your full SSN. Don't do it. Not even Citibank or any proper app does that. Paramount is involved in multiple lawsuits and is connected to the shady trucking company CR England (also constantly being sued).
