2. Contacts: FamCal needs this permission to read contact from local device when you choose to import a contact
3. Location: FamCal needs this permission to get your location when you add an event with location info
4. Storage: FamCal needs this permission to read photos from Gallery when you choose to upload a photo to a memo or write photos to Gallery when you choose to download photos from memos

I still love it. This is rhe best calendar app ever. I always recommend this to everybody. -------- I think this is a wonderful app! Its exactly what I need and what I've been looking for, for such a very very long time!! The only other improvement as such that I would suggest is an option where we could organize the shopping list more extensively - for example, if we could arrange it store-wise. But even without it, I LOVE this app and I'd give it every star I have!

I downloaded the app and was really impressed and excited to start using the free version, but as I started to populate the calendar with events I kept getting spammed with the premium membership ad. It won't let me add any more to the calendar. Unless I'm missing something, it appears to be unusable as a free calendar app. Feel like I wasted so much time and effort. I wish the company would have been upfront in its marketing that it's pay-for only.

update: they did resolve the issue quickly. I have been using this app for a few years. Recently I went to add a recipe and I was being asked to pay the subscription cost when I already bought the lifetime validation. When I emailed in all I was told is sorry for the inconvenience they will look into it with the next release. No attempt to help or acknowledgement of the issue.
