APS Guards is the mobile field portal for security personnel at All Protection Solutions Corp.

Officers log in with their employee number and PIN to:

• Clock in and out at the start and end of their shift
• Scan QR checkpoints during patrol rounds
• File incident reports with photos and notes
• Log visitors, vehicles, and maintenance issues
• Trigger a panic alert to dispatch and supervisors
• View their schedule, post orders, and training materials
• Acknowledge company policy with biometric signature

The app works offline so officers can keep working even in dead zones — scans and reports sync the moment connection returns.
