All your systems are good but if there is any kind of problem, you don't solve it immediately. For example, if the restaurant is closed, if the customer doesn't change the slot with money, etc. He solved the problem after 2/3 hours. It caused a lot of disruption in the work.

This app is a complete waste of time for riders. Most of the orders are extremely far, sometimes 7–10 km for pickup, and even 40 km total distance, but the payment is very low (around 20 SAR). With auto-accept enabled, riders are forced to take these long-distance orders, which wastes fuel and time. Hot zones don’t work properly, and there is no option to choose nearby orders. On top of that, the rates keep getting lower instead of improving. Riders end up working more and earning less.

the service is good but you have to improve the delivery process by adding prove of delivery using photos when taking the order from restaurant or shop and when delivering it to the customer, this will help both the rider and the customer. thank you
