About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year
- Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child's timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

In the long and storied history of human technological achievement — from the wheel to the printing press, from the steam engine to the smartphone — there has never existed a creation so unbelievably, so incredibly awful as the Arbour app. If one were to scour the entirety of the App Store and every forgotten corner of the internet where abandoned software goes to die, nothing would come close to matching the sheer audacity of Arbour's failure. It is not merely a bad app.It is a stain in history

three weeks into term and the timetable still isn't right nor is the lunch account function the app is terrible very basic no graphics etc. the website is slightly better. from time to time (twice so far) they have done maintenance which means you can't login and get unauthenticated despite having the credentials saved and biometrics it needed then reset (there was no indication that maintenance was happening) forever down terrible even when it's not down total farce of a product

1 star is too generous... I'm one of the few people not having issues with the password being saved (but I have biometric login turned on for my device). That being said, I can login using the app but not using a browser despite using the same password. My main frustrations relate to the app not being user (or anybody) friendly. I cannot pay for items in my basket, receipts/invoices aren't generated properly, card details aren't saved, and everything is incredibly difficult to find and access.
