About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year
- Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child's timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Ratings and reviews

Most of the app works ok for me apart from messages. As you can't delete them, the more you get, the slower it becomes. I've now got almost 2 years of messages and its super slow. If you could archive/delete messages, or if that area was pagination, it would work a lot better. Logging in has become a problem, particularly when using fingerprint. The apps jumps then fails sometimes and I've got to use my password instead. Why can't I be left logged in.

It's like they set out to make an app as bad as possible. It's completely unintuitive, hard to navigate, and has so many unnecessary steps. When Arbor is the only way to pay for things like after school clubs and class photos, a confirmation page after payment should be an absolute minimum, but it just takes you back to the page you were previously on, leaving you wondering if you'd actually paid. I would love to know how much Arbor are fleecing our schools for this utter rubbish.

App is ok-ish when it works, if a little hard to navigate. I don't know how to switch between students, and because the help page just has a partial screenshot of the student switcher, I can't tell whether I just can't find where that is in the app or it's not there because my second child hasn't been added to my account. And I can't ask or give feedback because they actively tell parents to go away and talk to the school. And they make you change your password literally every time you log in.
