About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year
- Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child's timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Poorly designed user experience. Very long winded to make even the most basic bookings. Top up system of payments also basically doubles how long everything takes as you need to go through the booking process to find out the amount to top up and then have to cancel to top up before going through the whole process again.

The calendar in the app does not show the correct club timings that have been booked via the app. Instead it only shows the earliest start time and the latest finish time of that club, even if a shorter session was actually booked. This makes it useless as a tool to know when to drop off/pick up child on any given day, or to be able to check if the amounts charged were correct for the sessions attended by the child. It is actually misleading as you may think the child is booked in for longer.

Really winding me up is this garbage. Signing in all the time when accessing the app is something from the 00's, we should decide if we want auto signed in or not. There's nothing in there that anyone will ever need or want! Security gone bonkers. absolutely sick of changing password aswell. it's like fort Knocks trying to get in when you can't remember password. we only use it to book Parents meetings, once a year!!
