In Wegel Arcan the disk mostly stays still. You move the arc. The next sector shows up as a faint ghost. Drag the bottom fan around the center and release to place it. Cover the real ghost well and overlap decides how much you get. Cover it poorly—or stamp a look-alike decoy—and arc lives drop until none are left. Good placements do not give those lives back, so every drop should feel careful. Later the fans get narrower, more ghosts show up, and the drag has a bit of resistance that makes overshooting easy. The loop is turn, line up, let go. Often the hard part is daring to release.
Turn the bottom arc ruler and release when it covers the faint sector.
