About this app

ArdentCoach is an application dedicated to sports coaches (mainly running, cycling, swimming and triathlon). Supports and facilitates communication and tracking sports progress.

It allows the trainer to create training plans that are visible to their players in a convenient training calendar. The players can use the app to provide the coach with data on the training they have performed.

The application automates many things by sending event notifications (for example: the plan has been added, the training has been completed and many others) and thanks to the automation of completing the training sessions by importing activities from the Garmin Connect platform.
