Arez AI is contractor software and a construction estimating app in one. Describe the job by voice or text, send a photo, or upload the plans, and Arez writes an itemized estimate with materials, labor hours and your markup in less than 1 minute. Then send the proposal, get it e-signed, invoice the client and get paid online, all from your Android phone.

Arez is built for small contractors and crews of 1 to 15 people: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, painting, flooring and handyman contractors, and general remodelers whose jobs cross trades.

AI ESTIMATES FOR CONTRACTORS
• Talk through the job in English or Spanish, or mix both
• Send a photo with the size; Arez lists what it assumed and prices the job
