Welcome to the new Made in Energy app reserved for all customers: a simple, fast and free way to manage electricity and gas supplies.
Intuitive and easy to use, the Made in Energy app is presented through a Home Page that allows access to various functions.
Here's what you can do:
• Access the Made in Energy web services from a single account
If you already have an account, you can use the same credentials as the Customer Area of www.madeinenergy.it
If you don't have an account yet, you can create it directly from the application in a few steps.
• Consult and pay bills
Enter the Invoices section to view the archive of your bills, find out their status and pay those due by credit card or MyBank transfer.
• Communicate the Gas self-reading
Enter the Car Readings section and directly communicate the real consumption of your meter.
• Activate the self-reading notification service as a reminder
Click on the Notifications item and enable the push button to receive the Gas self-reading reminder.
• Check the consumption trend
Click on the Consumption item, choose the reference period and monitor the progress and details of your consumption.
• Request assistance with a simple tap
Click on the button at the bottom right and choose how to contact us, whether by e-mail or by phone, to receive assistance from our operators.
