Ashe Yoga Collective focuses on the subtler practices of yoga that center rest and resilience — Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Flow for the Lifetime Practitioner, Gentle, and Yoga Therapeutics. These are the practices that are deeply needed, especially for those whose intersectional identities leave them at the crosshairs of marginalization.

You may practice live in two-way format (Zoom) so that you have a relationship with your teachers and fellow practitioners. We bring the studio to you -- wherever you are in the world.
Never miss a practice. Enjoy pre-recorded and replay classes and workshops on demand to accommodate the times in which your schedule is unpredictable.
Our classes are guided by thoughtful teachers who have been trained in trauma-sensitive yoga and advanced anatomy so that your body is met where it is, regardless of size, level of mobility, or length of practice.
Our teachers look like you. Our studio is a BIPOC & LGBTQ-led, intergenerational, interethnic, inclusive space with room for all to belong.
Develop your yoga practice or become a teacher with our foundational and advanced teacher trainings. Both 200-HR and 300-HR trainings are Yoga Alliance registered schools.
Through the embrace of student agency and body diversity to build ashé, the West African concept of the energy that transforms, we aim to enable you to see yourself through compassionate, skillful, and authentic movement and meditation practices.
