Well it seems like there's a lot if issues and no proper response. I booked a trip that showed 95 Egp but after arrival it showed the amount to be 183! for god sake this is completely fraud! knowing that I've reported the ridiculous issue, but no response yet! I've tried my part to support local businesses, but not doubling the fees!

Too many errors inside the app. ,The map is not good at navigating or showing locations. ,I can’t find drivers most of the time. Whenever I do, the driver is too far from my pickup point. ,There is no customer service.

It has been more than 16 days and my wallet issue remains unresolved. Customer services are not well trained for solving problems. it's a very bad app.
