the map is unusable to book to your trip, the prices are outrageous, even when you apply a discount. example: had a trip costing 68 pounds discounted to 18, HAD TO PAY 125. and even when the customer support answered me, they only returned 56 pounds, half the amount I should've been compensated for. just save your time, and your money, use any other app.

A Very Disappointing First Experience This was my first ride request through the app. After a long wait, the driver called me and spoke in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. He asked me to cancel the ride because he did not want to go to my destination and claimed that he was unable to cancel it himself. A very disappointing experience, especially after I had such high expectations for the app.

Drivers are terrible. i ordered a trip from my phone and it was cancelled, but when i ordered it from a girls phone the rider came and was suddenly ready to drive us to the location. Wouldn't recommend ever.
