I open the app. And try to take a pic of my painting with the app and it won't ever capture the image. Idk what I'm doing wrong but it's been about 10 mins of trying and still no dice. Maybe someone with experience could possibly show me the ropes. And maybe a tutorial might be effective if the developers do an update.(that's with a smile , not being a dick at all just so you guys know.)🤓👾✂️

To use this app you need to have submitted something on Artitive Bridge app. Its a web application. All that this web application does is, it asks you for an image, then a video and then plays the video on the image when you scan with this app.

I was really excited about this app and tried scanning the bts mots: 7 signature card, it didn't work. Adjusted the frame, nothing. Checked lighting, nothing. Reinstalled the app, also nothing. I tried the yoongi proof photocard just in case, also nothing. Please fix this or tell me what i am doing wrong, but it seems like others have this problem as well. It's a really great app when it works, but as long as it doesn't, i can't rate it better
