I've had the app for years and really like their programs. I only took off a star because it is very difficult to find new or different classes without a search option. One has to scroll through a long list, and if you click on one to get more info, when you go back you're at the top of the list again. If they could put in a search feature so I could look up exercises with keywords, that would be SUPER helpful. Over all, this app great.

They want you to pay extra for every workout besides the 1 they give you for 30 days and it's so beginner that it was useless for me. The AI instructor voice is so unbearable to workout with. There are many better free workouts that aren't loaded with bad AI elements. The calorie tracker is inaccurate, it doesn't even match what's on the product when you scan it. I got a $95 charge out of nowhere (for only 3 months) no notification of a charge or how much. I got a "partial" refund and cancelled.

I had a trial I didn't use. I immediately requested a cancel & refund because there was no email about the upcoming charge. "We do our best to ensure transparency during the sign-up process, making it clear that subscriptions are set to renew automatically. We also strive to provide visibility regarding renewal dates on user accounts, so that you're always in the loop about when renewals are scheduled. Renewed subscriptions are therefore unfortunately non-refundable."
