ASCANX isn’t another “book a room and hope for the best” app.
We’re the only platform where every bed is scanned—so tenants see the real room and the exact bed before they book.
THE TWIN DIFFERENCE
• Every bed is a digital twin. Not just a building or a room: each bed (Room 101 – Bed A, B, C…) has its own listing. You see every available bed, its price, and its current media.
• Real room media, not old stock photos. Rooms are “scanned” by real use: the first tenant adds a check‑in video, the next add photos, then condition reports. So you see the actual room as it is today—not 1–2 year old pics of the building.
• Pick your bed, then book. Explore every room and every bed. Choose the exact bed you want. Then book it. No guessing which room or bed you’ll get when you show up.
• What you see is what you get. Video, photos, and reviews are tied to the room and bed. Transparency for tenants, trust for owners.
FOR TENANTS
• Discover hostels and properties by location, price, and amenities.
• Explore beds: see every room and every bed with real media (video, photos, reviews).
• Pick your exact bed and book it. Pay a one‑time booking fee (e.g. 10% of first payment) via your own bank or mobile money; we verify by transaction ID. Rent is paid by you directly; the app doesn’t collect rent. Monthly vouchers are reminders only.
• Chat with owners in‑app (text and voice). Manage bookings and get push notifications.
FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
• List your property; we help set up digital twins (one per bed) so each bed can be seen and booked.
• Tenants contribute room media (video, photos, condition) so your listing stays real and current.
• Manage bookings and bed status (available / occupied / reserved). Use monthly vouchers as rent reminders (tenants pay rent themselves; the app doesn’t collect rent).
• Chat with tenants and verify booking fee payments in one place.
