Pretty good except the dark mode (my preference on all apps) leaves a LOT to be desired. Typing in search shows nothing except a black hole. Here's a hint developers, make the text light colored when in dark mode. Also, keeps logging me out even though I tell it not to. Update 9.1.26: at least it doesn't look like something out of the 80's after the update BUT still has the same issues I mentioned above WAY BACK in 2022. Do better!!

Use to be great app, especially once they got biometric unlocking on my Google Pixel. Upgraded phone to the Pixel 4 and have not been able to log in for 2 months now. Keeps crashing. I don't live anywhere near the bank, so need mobile banking. Please fix this issue.

If the BSB app continues to crash, please try these steps: 1. Open the Settings application 2. Go to Apps Menu 3. Choose Installed Applications 4. Tap on the BSB application 5. Tap the Storage Tab. 6. Clear app data (Either by tapping “Clear Storage” or “Clear App Data”) 7. Confirm, if needed 8. Close the BSB app 9. Launch the BSB app again

If you have a Motorola phone this app does not work.the bank doesn't seem to care. I had to buy a different make of phone just to have access to my accounts to deposit money. Not happy with app or bank and I've been with bank for years. They told me to find another bank if I didn't like it
