Each week, you'll get a summary of your mood and anxiety levels so you can see how you're doing over time. You’ll also have access to in-app coaching and guided pathways that walk you through proven ways to manage stress, build healthy habits, and feel more in control.

Ratings and reviews

Every couple of weeks, it goes blank and won't let me access the pages or journal. Great app when it works correctly.

Everytime I click on a journal date through the insights tab. I see the whole month of journals and not the date I clicked.

I am having trouble responding to messages. It will give me an error message.
