The gym I go to switched to this system for 24hr access and it really is not good. We have to log in and out of the account about every other time we want access. It does provide security, but is not very user friendly, especially to the elderly members.

We identified the issue you encountered and, as of 3/3/2026, released an update that now keeps you logged in as long as the app is used at least once every 30 days. I don't know what I did or if they updated the app, but I do not have to sign in every time like I used to. I open the app and it just works. 5 stars

It keeps logging me out, have to put the password manually everytime I want to open a door.
