Love the ability to Auto-unlock the door as I approach the house door. Saves getting phones out of pocket or bag or keys with a conventional lock. If you set the house location well, it opens just as you approach. If you set too close to the door, it will unlock when your car gets on drive and will Auto-lock before you get a chance to get out of the car (about 30 secs). Would be nice to be able to adjust the re-lock delay to suit personal properties.

WiFi connection doesn't work - can only connect to the lock when within range despite having bought the module to allow remote connection. Auto unlock feature is painful as it doesn't consider that you may need to get out of the car, so locks too quickly. Even when within range of the device, and able to connect to the lock (eg: lock / unlock from phone), there are constant issues with being unable to update user information because it fails to communicate with the device.

The Auto Unlock feature is great, but it automatically re-locks after a very short time if the door isn't opened. This isn't enough time to get out of the car and grab shopping, please add an option to customise the re-lock timer. Also, Auto Unlock doesn't activate after short walks because the app doesn't recognise that I've left home. These two issues make an otherwise excellent feature much less practical.

Thanks for your feedback. We've noted your suggestion on customising the re-lock timer and will pass it to our team. Auto-Unlock triggers when you're beyond 200 metres from home. You can enable notifications in Settings > Auto-Unlock to see when you're far enough from home. We know this doesn't cover short trips, but we continue to work to improve.
