The "Italian Duchenne Registry App" is a digital solution integrated into the Duchenne Registry – EDNA, which allows the completion of the NSAA, PUL 1.2–2.0, and 6MWT scales, already computerized within the Registry, via tablet.
Thanks to an optimized graphic layout that faithfully reproduces the paper versions of the scales, the app simplifies the work of physicians and physiotherapists, allowing for rapid completion and promoting greater patient care, including through the joint completion of some scales.
A PDF file can be downloaded or printed for each completed scale. Furthermore, the app includes a section dedicated to the graphical display of trends for individual scales, useful for monitoring each patient's scores over time.
