I wanted to change my wifi to unifi to astro kencang... suddenly I changed it to a new package... no notification to me... when I asked, they told me to buy another package... I was cheated... I only wanted to change my wifi... before I had all the broadcasts, suddenly only basic... I have filed a complaint with the kpdnkk... I have been cheated

I can't pay my bill through this apps. What happen Astro? It's so inconvenient. Please fix the problem. 2025/06/18 I hope this apps doesn't have to log in multiple times. It's bothering and gives unpleasant experience.

can you revert back to where we can easily find the bills front and center? too much unnecessary info on the landing page.
