Ratings and reviews

Unreliable app. Slow to load, sometimes unusable or impossible to do a simple iban transfer during the weekend. I made a bug report 2 years ago and the issue is still not fixed. edit: I've already contacted support team multiple times. No need to call again and waste more precious time. Thanks for the useless advice.

I have a stable, decent salary, yet every time I apply, TBI Bank refuses to approve a loan. It’s frustrating and honestly confusing. If most applications to TBI are going to be rejected, what’s the point of promoting TBI as a payment option in the first place? From a customer’s perspective, it feels misleading and like a waste of time during checkout. I’d appreciate more transparency around approval criteria, or at least a more reliable pre-check before presenting it as an available option.

It is a good app. Only issue I've experienced recently is that the notifications stopped working. Please fix it. Thanks P.S. The in app notifications stopped Mid March. I have not disabled them, they do not even get created.
