The app is very slow, sometimes unresponsive. It performs poorly in comparison to similar apps, like Revolut or Monzo. There is no customization, which is annoying because I would prefer to put my transactions at the top of the page, above useless tabs, such as shopping and loan adverts.

Excellent procedure, clear contract, you know what to expect BEFORE you sign. The only "minor point" is that - personally - I would like to be able to also read the final contract on my laptop or PC and not only on my smartphone or tablet.
