Promoting that you can pay your monthly payments for your credit through the application and keep track of the payments. After that telling you that it's mandatory to open "neon" bank account to even log into the application. Completely false advertising and trying to pressure you to use more of their products, as if you don't use enough of their services you don't matter. For 6 months I was able to reject the pop-up for "neon" and now they are saying it was always mandatory.

It was great for a while, but they started to worsen the conditions of neon. And they did with zero notice which makes me very suspicious for the future. They still have a good offer don't get me wrong but they may continue this path since they have gotten the cash reserves they need. Update: Worse terms: removing the interest on the card and moving it to the piggy banks at different lower flat rates. More actions needed - inconvenient, less passive income if not for higher balances...

It started to prompt the "Neon" offer and can't log in without accepting it, but i don't need it, and it's very annoying that you push your products like this. Won't accept it because i don't want to open a bank account and get a card that I won't use, and I have to waste time to cancel it in your offices. Just want to make a payment for my lease... and won't use your services again. Not to mention the religiously high return rate..
