I have a paid subscription however I am locked out of the app and haven't been able to use it since August. I've composed several emails to support which no one answers. They don't refund money. The app is excellent when it was working. But I am frustrated now.

I think this could be a great app but I can't login via email... When I put in the details it just scrolls and stops and takes me no further. Even when I reset the password it won't take me any further than the sign in screen

I couldn't even get past the original screen where you create a profile. This app has bugs/glitches that need to be addressed.
