Absolutely Horrible! So confusing when trying to make a claim. Then when you find where to go you get sent to a page that says "There was an internal service error." Website isn't any better either, always gets stuck on the upload of drivers license. How about we go back to going to the store and filing claims! That works so much better than a failing app and website. Have been on phone with customer service more times than I care to count.

The app isn't great, the chat feature is ok, but finding a claim is very hard. When I filed a claim and explained to a T what was happening, when it happens and what I thought it was. I demonstrated what was wrong and sent the device in. You charged me 100 dollars to hold it for five days without any explanation what was going on ( Did not say how you tested the device) and said there was nothing wrong with it. I got the device back, tried it out and immediately could recreate the problem.

Not impressed by the Asurion Home+ coverage and app is great for chat, but not finding existing claims. I am happy it covers all types of devices, even ones that were purchased prior to signing up with Asurion Home+ though. So far, I've had an older laptop fixed (had to send in twice though) and offered $85 for an older Seagate external hard drive. They didn't even try to recover my lost data. I probably won't be a customer much longer.
