If you need a VPN in China, this us NOT the one. There are monthly intermittent service outages that last for days or weeks, and it's customer service is non-existent whether you're a paying customer or not. When it does work, it works great...but with the complete lack of service in all aspects of the app, I would give it 0-stars if possible.

Can't subscribe, sign out or file ticket. Trial period initially showed good results, but when I went to pay the next day, a loading screen appears and then disappears with no message. Can't file ticket from the app about the issue (get failure message after some time). Can't log out to try a different account. Update to respond to developer comment: I literally *cannot* submit a ticket, as I mentioned above. If you had read my review before commenting, you would know this.

Windows app works fine and can login and connect but mobile app is atrocious. Can't even display login details when you type them in on the login screen and even when you type the correct details, it always says user name or password doesn't exist. Can't even lodge a ticket on mobile app because you can't login. Going to file a chargeback request with my bank to get my money back
