Great app, the timer is great. Videos and descriptions are well done and helpful. It would be great if the database of exercises was expanded more, or the ability to add other exercises. It would also be nice to edit a routine on the fly, other than just weight and reps, for instance change an exercise or add while performing a routine. Price for premium is a bit high for mediocre content.
I didnt have the chance to see any of their workouts, the app is 100% worth the money. there is picture video etc for each move and even grip guide and rest. currently following abc+. I think you wont find a better app.if you have doubts about which program to follow, take abc+. it is pretty good
App features a wide range of exercises with really helpful videos for form. Also has the ability to build your own workouts and to export/import workouts. I wish it also had the ability to export/import progress so you don't lose that when changing phones but overall highly recommended!
Great app, easy to use. Doesn't actually track progres, should have a feature for helping determin how much weight to use, doesn't tell you how long to stick with "Athelete 1" before changing to Athelete 2. BUT IT IS A GREAT APP.
The paid work outs are a joke, the 4 day plans have 2 days, and although they have lots of plans they all appear to be the same workout. Has a decent interface for tracking workouts... If u like the same 2day plan over and over.
A good app for tracking and recording your work out. It comes with multiple workouts and you can make your own from a very large (but finite) database of exercises. Overall, you get a good product, but slightly over pay in the process.
Best app to Become a Body Builder or to get Six Pack or to Become Slim and Fit
