this app needs work. try to get into the personal settings, yeah just can't find the right page. order the phone in service, I can't order the phone because the service requires the iemi number. and it doesn't have a way to delete the order. i tride contacting support, first they tell me it's going to be up to 72 hours. since then it has been two additional 24-hour waits to fix my problem. unbelievable

I used to be able to sign in using biometrics, but now I have to use a password. The bill explainer is convoluted and doesn't actually explain anything. This company routinely double charges me with auto pay. If I turn auto pay off, it costs more per month. Sometimes auto pay fails to work, and I end up owning for multiple months without any notice that the payment didn't go through. I would rate 0 stars if I could, especially since their internet service is spotty at best.

The app name you will see when this is installed on your device is *not* "My Breezeline", it's just "Breezeline". It's a shame when vendors do not use their own products, so they can't see that having Marketing rename an app is not enough: it also needs to be changed on the inside, so the name change is reflected correctly when it gets installed. Typical. I've not had any issues with the app working.
