LOG-IN, IF ONLY. This app is absolutely ridiculous! I have yet to be able to just 'log in" to pay my bill on the 1st or even the 2nd attempt. I get so much spam from breezeline on my email that I do not know which ones I can trust. I can't wait to move on from using this business! Worse than when it was Atlantic Broadband. The grass isn't always greener, but it will be nice to see.

I used to be able to sign in using biometrics, but now I have to use a password. The bill explainer is convoluted and doesn't actually explain anything. This company routinely double charges me with auto pay. If I turn auto pay off, it costs more per month. Sometimes auto pay fails to work, and I end up owning for multiple months without any notice that the payment didn't go through. I would rate 0 stars if I could, especially since their internet service is spotty at best.

The app name you will see when this is installed on your device is *not* "My Breezeline", it's just "Breezeline". It's a shame when vendors do not use their own products, so they can't see that having Marketing rename an app is not enough: it also needs to be changed on the inside, so the name change is reflected correctly when it gets installed. Typical. I've not had any issues with the app working.
