I used to be able to sign in using biometrics, but now I have to use a password. The bill explainer is convoluted and doesn't actually explain anything. This company routinely double charges me with auto pay. If I turn auto pay off, it costs more per month. Sometimes auto pay fails to work, and I end up owning for multiple months without any notice that the payment didn't go through. I would rate 0 stars if I could, especially since their internet service is spotty at best.

The app name you will see when this is installed on your device is *not* "My Breezeline", it's just "Breezeline". It's a shame when vendors do not use their own products, so they can't see that having Marketing rename an app is not enough: it also needs to be changed on the inside, so the name change is reflected correctly when it gets installed. Typical. I've not had any issues with the app working.

This app itself seems to work okay, but EVERY SINGLE DAY, YOUR CREDENTIALS EXPIRE and even when you had "remember me" checked the day before, you have to enter your email address and password again every single day to open the app. I don't have a single other app like this. Not even free apps, and I pay a monthly subscription fee for this streaming. This is very highly annoying. I like to listen to the news while I work so I listen from my phone. I DID NOT have this issue with YouTube TV app.
