I set autopay up for my services. After years of service, suddenly their system has trouble taking the payments out randomly for whatever reason, and they keep charging me late fees when it is no fault of my own. I set up autopay so I could set it and forget about it, now, I cant assume that they will do what theyre supposed to on there end, or else ill end up with late fees.

LOG-IN, IF ONLY. This app is absolutely ridiculous! I have yet to be able to just 'log in" to pay my bill on the 1st or even the 2nd attempt. I get so much spam from breezeline on my email that I do not know which ones I can trust. I can't wait to move on from using this business! Worse than when it was Atlantic Broadband. The grass isn't always greener, but it will be nice to see.

I used to be able to sign in using biometrics, but now I have to use a password. The bill explainer is convoluted and doesn't actually explain anything. This company routinely double charges me with auto pay. If I turn auto pay off, it costs more per month. Sometimes auto pay fails to work, and I end up owning for multiple months without any notice that the payment didn't go through. I would rate 0 stars if I could, especially since their internet service is spotty at best.
