Ratings and reviews

it has good visual clarity and has good features. the problem is the screen freezes and sometimes restarts itself after a minute, then sometimes you have to turn it off and wait a minute then restart it. if that doesn't work you have to unplug it and wait a minute then plug it back in. this happens 4 or 5 times a day. have tried to talk yo someone at at&t store where we got it without much luck, they say will get back to us and then no word from them.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. The app and service are great and affordable but the constant AD Council commercials that run and most of the time it's the same commercial on repeat for the full commercial break has me wanting to switch to something else. It's like they are trying to brainwash me. I never thought I'd say this but I miss regular commercials.

This is the only streaming app that freezes up, takes forever to load, and no it's not my wifi. I replaced my roku and that didn't help either. You've also raised my bill 3 times in a year and a half. If it goes up again in September, I will probably cancel it. I'm on SSI and can't afford anymore that what I'm paying now. Also when a sportings event runs over the recorded time, it deletes it, instead of adding time to it.
