The app is very easy to use and the services are excellent; from shopping,delivery to customer care. They respect the timings, packing is very good. what bothers me is if you don't put your address correctly the first time it gets complicated to update it, and once my delivery was marked delivered yet it wasn't but the customer care solved the situation. And finally they once forgot to send one bag and they refunded me so nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend +++

Worst experience ever Bought 58 products home delivery, only received half of the order. Waited for almost an hour to get connected on customer service, had to go through the missing items one by one. It was supposed to be convenient to order groceries online and delivered to home, it ended up wasting me a lot of time.

I used to love it, but the last update broke the whole thing... Now every time I open it it asks me to sign in, even if just to add an article. As I have a password manager, is a hassle to do it from the phone (where I usually do my groceries from), I'm used to add one article at a time as I see my stocks during the week. I'm doing my groceries in another store just because this app is getting to my nerves and I'm not ready to go back to the actual store.
