Ratings and reviews

There's too many damn bugs. I've had audible since 2014 and have been a paying member for most of that time. Now all of the sudden when I listen to "free" content that is included with the membership the app crashes and refuses to work. I've tried everything including uninstalling it but nothing fixes it. I called the support number twice and they hung up on me both times

App became VERY laggy/glitchy recently. Very difficult to use. I dig some of the changes you've made over the last few months, but you've absolutely GOT TO clean up the Settings menu. At the very LEAST, just make it to where it's not ALL tons of varying sizes & boldness levels of white font. Looks TERRIBLE! Maybe make the section headers orange or teal or something—not ALL white. I LOVE that we're able to rearrange the Settings pulldown & the Player Controls. Thank you for your hard work, devs.

Ok Audible is great for the volume and selection of content at a great price. Their algorithm is the issue. It seems to only suggest titles that require credits, titles that are unrelated to my interests in any way, & are the same suggestions repeatedly. The thing I like about Spotify are the suggestions based off of my listening. It has brought me into some great content I would not have normally come across.
