I love the timed meditation plus the breathing section. Being able to choose different sounds is great too. Only thing is I wish we could add our own times for the meditation and not have to choose from the allotted. Also, there is a glitch where after every session for some reason it says 2 sec remaining, which there isn't and it's really hard to get it off of my notifications bar.
It is obvious why this app got the editors choice Award. The little app brings to life a whole universe of mindfulness and meditation. It really is quite something, that is, to be so profound and have such a large impact on so many lives yet be found on the smallest of devices is mind blowing. If you were looking for a wonderful way to improve your life this app will definitely be worth your while. Peace and Happiness...
Wow, Tamara and whole crew are really awesome. That program pushed my creativity to another level and I'm only on 5th day of beginners course. I will definitely buy a subscription afterwards. Thank you guys, because of you I found out a new algorithm of generating my thoughts and ideas. Really excited about other improvements that I can get with your help.
There was a minor hiccup with an update recently but I've been using the app for years and it keeps getting better. I use the deep sleep meditations a lot but I'm also loving the daily calm sessions. I definitely notice when I haven't meditated recently enough and I'm not being productive. I get a mental clarity, like my brain gunk is being washed from the inside when meditating.
I love this app and use the 3 minute guided meditations all the time. The ability to customise the main page and the background noise. But recently, I haven't been able to get the animation or the sound at all on the home page or anywhere else(though the meditations work fine). Its a little thing, but it makes a great impact on my experience.
Just plain love it. It has a variety of meditation to suit your needs that day. I like the fact that it has non guided meditation. You choose the setting, the duration, with or without bell... I like the breathing option too. Especially if you need to calm down before an event, there's nothing like a quick breathing exercises to soothe you nerves.
