I tried logging in doesn't recognize my info. everything starts off as German very confusing all around can't even figure out how to open my disney account so far bad experience.

The user experience can be much better and smoother... Also a full-screen mode would be great to have

Can't log in to Nat Geo account to access subscription. Everything is in German on help screens.
