I have lost count of how many times the app has paused, restarted, kicked me to another part of the book, OR all the way back to the beginning. nothing better than getting 195 chapters in out of 197 and then being kicked to the beginning with NO way to easily get back other than press the chapter forward button 195 times. The prices are great, but the functionality is garbage.

The inventory of books is amazing. The app is awful and shuts down ALL the time. you cannot do anything else on your phone if you want the book to play continuously. It doesn't matter if you download or stream the book, downloading does not allow for offline listening. I have tried both a paid membership and just using free audiobooks and the experience is the same in the app. I truly wish the app was less frustrating and working better.

If i could give no star I would. Don't try their "free trial", it's falsely advertised and misleading. All it does, is allow you to purchase their audiobooks at half price, which honestly wouldn't be too bad of a deal. However, they mark their books up over the market value, then take 50% from their marked up price. Not worth the money, stick with Audible, at least customers know what they are paying for.
