Our Expense Management System is built to simplify how individuals and teams track, manage, and automate their financial activities. It brings together powerful tools that remove the hassle of manual expense tracking and ensure everything is organized, timely, and effortless.

Expense Groups: Create groups for one-time or recurring cycles (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom). Unlike one-time groups, recurring groups renew automatically—once a group cycle ends, a new one with the same settings is created, while the old group moves to inactive status. This ensures continuous and consistent expense tracking without interruptions.

Expenses Inside Groups: Record and organize all your expenses within groups. When adding a recurring expense, the system automatically identifies the latest active group of that type (monthly, weekly, etc.) and assigns the expense to it, keeping everything structured and up to date.

Export Reports in PDF: Generate clean, group-wise reports and export them in PDF format for record-keeping, analysis, or sharing with participants.

Recurring Expenses: Automate repetitive expenses and let the system handle them across cycles. This eliminates the need to re-enter the same data manually every time.

Reminders & Alerts: Never miss a payment again. Set up reminders for due expenses, and we’ll notify you via WhatsApp (if a number is provided) or email. You’ll also get proactive alerts when your expense group budget is close to being exhausted.

Participant Management: Add participants to your expense groups, assign responsibilities, and collaborate with others—ideal for friends, families, or teams managing shared expenses.

Custom Categories: Personalize your groups by creating custom categories that reflect your unique spending patterns, making tracking and analysis even easier.
