Ratings and reviews

Whatever you guys did in your last update broke the app. Critical alerts no longer automatically clear when I resolve them; they still show in the list of active critical alerts. Also, when I click on the critical alert to relink a financial account, it does nothing. I have no clue how I'm supposed to relink it if the button to do so doesn't take me to the page where I can do it. This update is atrocious.

Fisrt, this has done me some good with the annual fee. I have been notified that my info was farmed in that recent data breach. Since I have started using this system, I have received at least a 90% decrease in unwanted calls from solicitors and scammers. The notifications keep apprised to react. A lot of the one-star reviews complain about the constant notifications. As a GenX I understand this. You can disable it though of you know what you're doing

I ran in to, a software glitch with the antivirus scan in the app. I called support, and the agent guided me through the fix (uninstall / reinstall app. The fix was easy, but even better, the support tech was amazing: He was professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a great listener. this is one of the best customer support experiences I've had.
