I was looking for more security for browsing, traveling & interacting online. More than what I had used before I retired. I also wanted ¹ one suite of tools that was easy to set up & use, ² a security solution that could be used across all my devices, & ³ something easily upgradable to add family members if they wish. AURA met all my requirements & exceeded my expectations by adding a very responsive service department. I'm glad I found this security solution. I highly recommend it!

Every time I try to add a family member, it allows me to complete verification questions, but then kicks me out of the app without being able to complete the process. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same thing keeps happening. I have sent two emails to Aura support, but received no response. Otherwise, the app is alright.

After using this for over 1 year, I'm not sure I see the point other than the insurance part of it. The app is not capable of learning your spending patterns so you will e.g. be alarted for every monthly occurring bill or purchase that you do above your set limit. IMO the credit card companies are infinitely better at detecting unusual spending patterns. Here you will have to do the screening yourself, which you can do by log in to your cc account every second day. Save the money, do it yourself
