Despite paying for services, I've been unable to use them; I get an error message at the final stage every time. The app also won't let me open up the customer service tab, claiming that it can't on my device (a Samsung fold 6). At best, the app is very buggy and at worst, it's a complete scam. Be careful.

Very unclear before you put in your info that you have to pay around £5 for a one time purchase of the aura reading. no ty as you were unclear about pricing before hand. I'd have considered buying it if you were upfront. disappointed.

Lame. I wasted 20 minutes of time signing up and trying to get an aura reading just to learn that you have to pay for it. I do not live with my parents. I support myself so this isn't within my budget so good bye app....
