app didn't want to let me log on, only sign up. then during signup I could not use my email address (makes sense) but I had to invent a new email address to call a cab. the login flow needs to be much easier/possible to engage.

fantastic. works great, prompt service, you see exactly where your driver is. no guessing. huge improvement from the days of old calling a cab.

I placed a scheduled call for a cab for a trip early the next day to the airport. Double checked everything thing was set. When I checked again as I was waiting for my cab, it said I had no scheduled pickup. I could have missed my flight but luckily there was a cab nearby. The taxi driver said that many customers and can drivers are complaining about this new system. A word to the wise, don't trust this app.
