professional, curtious .. almost every time I've had a heavy suitcase or luggage or something, the cab driver helped me either to the door or taking it in and out of the vehicle. of course occasionally I've had a driver who was not at professional, to say the least, but a quick call on speaker to checkers dispatch and it was fixed up quickly. checkers goes all over the city and is easy to remember the number, all of which makes them my favorite cab company, second to lyft.

it's very frustrating when i put my home address set for home; and 2 separate occassions it automatically changed to an different address. 1 time 2 blocks away, and another time 4 blocks away. the old app never did that as frustrating as the older app was with loading/finding a cab. calling the number directly seems to be the only way i can ensure the right address and a cab at an efficient time unfortunately.

app didn't want to let me log on, only sign up. then during signup I could not use my email address (makes sense) but I had to invent a new email address to call a cab. the login flow needs to be much easier/possible to engage.
