Ratings and reviews

Gave them the idea of taking a picture of our meters and submitting it through the app. They liked the idea. It has been two years and no ap upgrades to do this. Very disappointing!! Update.... This app no longer allows me to sign in or make payment. The app has become useless. I have tried deleting and reinstalling without any luck. My hope is that they read these things and fix their app. It has been a year and they still haven't upgraded to allow us to send them photos of our meters!

Basically useless, all it does is let you pay your bill. Doesn't have any "smart features" or any information about your bill or usage. Almost gave it 2 stars because it does accept payments, sure-- but that is an incredibly low bar CMP didn't trip over this time. Vote Yes on 3

was trying to make a small payment and it kept going from page to page and I had to keep starting over. I don't like this new set up
