There should be absolutely no reason existing customers who have already use the app to reenter the bank account information. It makes the user question the validity of the app. This is a problem that needs to be fixed. Update: A new issue arose. It says "payment processing." I never initiated a payment. It's been saying this for over a week. Now I have to go in person to make a payment. Fix this issue. Expeditiously.

This app is VERY hard to use. It doesn't size to my phone like "normal" apps. It runs off the edges of my screen (Pixel 9 Pro XL), and you can't zoom or scroll to see it. It was bad on my previous LG V60, but this is worse. I'm lucky if I can select any of the right buttons because I can barely see them. It acts like it's it's not optimized for mobile. And NO, I'm not changing my settings for this one app! Do developers even read these comments? I don't see replies to any of them.

Terrible app. At first it was a convenient way to pay my utility bill, but now it won't even let me log on. It has prompted me to make sure my ID and password are correct everytime I try to log in. It has been correct every time. Their help menu is only for alerting them of a power outage, and when I tried to reach out to them via email through the app I never received a response. Do t waste your time.
