My phone wasn't able to see the whole screen at once, and holding it sideways didn't help. Viewing one side or the other, only, is awkward. Also, it wasn't clear if I was paying Oct and Nov amounts at once, or just October. It was confusing and unclear. So no, I'm not happy. It wasn't what I'd call user-friendly. I hope you make the app friendlier. Thanks.

Just as useless as their website. I logged into the website, but it doesn't allow me to log into the app with the same information... Additionally, can't even create a new account on the app... Please send your programming department back to school because they are absolutely useless. And don't even bother trying to call the customer service because they are just as useless and helpless. I have to receive paper billing and make one time payments because CNG too cheap to make a good app...

Sucks!! Redirects you to the website when paying with a credit card!! I'm trying to avoid their website because I always block 3rd party cookies. Oh, and they require the latest browser updates to be installed. So, make sure you update your browser every month before you pay your bill, or you won't be able too. Did I mention this app Sucks?!! This is the ONLY utility company that I dread paying my bill once a month!!!!
