The app is Easy, convenient, user-friendly, colorful and readable. Customer's can set up payment one time or recurring, pay bill, view bill/monthly statements, download statements to device for personal copy, communnicate via email (though it should be added messaging ability in the CMP App; for User's to have the convenience to send/receive msg on the app with customer service), the app reports outages, and you can view outages in your state. It has good format and layout for users.

Gave them the idea of taking a picture of our meters and submitting it through the app. They liked the idea. It has been two years and no ap upgrades to do this. Very disappointing!! Update.... This app no longer allows me to sign in or make payment. The app has become useless. I have tried deleting and reinstalling without any luck. My hope is that they read these things and fix their app. It has been a year and they still haven't upgraded to allow us to send them photos of our meters!

Can't log in. What did I expect? Update - three days later and multiple multiple attempts, still can't log in. In the middle of a blizzard, no less, when you actually really need the app. Also, tapping on help doesn't do anything except enrage me. Could you make a more useless app? Your company has maintained a level of incompetence that is quite impressive.
